Refund policy

Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted to us in writing to info@barredandbeautiful.com within 5 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges (clothing items only) are to be offered at our discretion. Any exchanges have to be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

REFUNDS

We do not issue refunds.
